Got a pizza and a cheesesteak. Cheesesteak is as good as Angelo's (only difference is that Angelo's gives you more steak.) On the other hand, you can have the same experience without waiting 30 yrs and can use card at this spot. The pizza was awesome and surprisingly light, texture is amazing and doesn't make you feel like dogsh*t after.

Picked up a cheese steak on the way to Punch Line. A good steak needs great bread, and this bread is AWESOME. The steak is cooked well but not overdone, Cooper Sharp is the icing on the cake. The bread is really top-notch, looking forward to trying their pizza sometime!

UPDATE: I bumped up my review from one star to 4 for the simple fact that the owner reached out in a very professional and kind manner to apologize for our failed experience. We are going to give it a try again also, also for the owners, please note: it was a female that we spoke to who was answering the phones today at 11:40 am, not a man. Wait what??? as I am pulling away from Del Rossi's cheese steak and pizza Company, I am shaking my head and disbelief over the way we were just treated. Forget about the food, before we could even walk in the door to get our order it was a nightmare of an experience. We decided to do an online order, which is not user-friendly at all. Once we figured out on their website where to place the order confirmed and paid for it. We sat patiently waiting, parked in front of the restaurant. Within approximately four minutes, we get a note that the order has canceled. (See pic) so shocked at this we called Slice (the third party ordering company) for the restaurant. We are then told by Slice that the order was canceled because they were out of cheesesteaks. We hang up and then we call the restaurant directly, we are put in contact with someone that very unprofessionally explains to us that the dough is too cold for the pizzas so that is why the order was canceled not because of the cheesesteaks. Confused even more we tried to find out about the charge being refunded, which was explained we would get our $40 back within 24 hours. This was our first time in trying Del Rossi's and we let the person know who answered the phone that this was our first experience here. They could care less based off of the tone and actually said to us "are you actually going to make me explain to you?" When we asked about the dough being too cold for our order. So we are unable to give any review on the food itself because at 11:40 AM their lunchtime foods were not ready to be prepared for customer so all we can go off of is the way that we were just treated and the online ordering experience both were definitely a one star experience. It was enough of a bomb that we will not be returning. Deeply disappointed. Maybe work on customer relations a bit more with the reps on your phone.

Amazing pizza, cheesesteaks, and fries. The pizza is crispy and delicious. The people working are extremely pleasant and seem to love their jobs. There's very little in-restaurant seating, but it's a nice spot!

The cheese pizza was very good. The cheesesteak was awesome! I have had tons all over Philly and this was best by far. The order took a little time but it was worth it.

I had Del Rossi's a few times years ago with their older bread but now they have their own house-made seeded bread. This new and improved cheesesteak holds up a lot better, especially for delivery. I usually expect delivered cheesesteaks to be soggy but the bread was still firm. I've always ordered through UberEats/Grubhub so I can't speak for the service but I never had any issues with the packaging or my order. Definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in the city.

Ordered for delivery. The pizza was really good, it was kind of giving wood fired, Neapolitan vibes. I like how the pie was on the smaller personal side. The sauce was very flavorful and vibrant & I really enjoyed the crust. I can def see myself getting the pizza again. The cheesesteak was also good, I liked the seeded roll. The meat also seemed to be good quality. They seasoned it with a lot of black pepper so it gave it a zesty taste. The size is definitely smaller than other places though, so for $16 that's kinda disappointing.

Quality of the meat on a seeded roll is excellent quality. I would have had cheese if they had Swiss, but what regular cheesesteak joint has Swiss? lol. Staff was nice and didn't get upset for me to ask such a question. There is a Yelp coupon on here but it is no longer usable under the new owners . The new owner/manager told me that they have tried to contact Yelp about this before. The price of a steak here is about a dollar and some change more than Larry's nearby . Larry's has multiple locations and more on the main drag. So they probably get more hits than this place on more of a side street. I don't know about the pizza from the new owners but I liked the pizza from the old owners thanks to a friend who used to live next door to here. A friend told me he really like the cheesesteaks here and I see why. If he is reading this, I ask Him to try Jim's or Delassandro's too. In this general neighborhood, I would personally do Del Rossi's over Larry's any time unless you are doing TooGoodToGo through Larry's. That extra dollar and some change is worth it. Del Rossi's is also open longer than Larry's surprisingly. They have seating in the back of the restaurant. They need to make In house drinks.
